'Predax' consists of 5 noise and glitch, experimental pieces. The first two were made purely in software, the following three were recorded from the modular with a bit of post processing in Ableton.

Among them a hellish, broken and ground down gated dub/doom piece, first conceived with Schelmster aeons ago in a different form. On to an unsettling encounter with an incomprehensible, megalithic, mind assaulting entity, tearing a breach into our reality, and a sound experiment using a microphone and an exaggerated modular FX chain to create weird spaces of texture and tonality from nothing but duck sounds and the occasional chuckle, courtesy of oLp :) All ending with a melancholic vision of distant but vivid future city sceneries as dreamt by silicon cortices.

This release is both a goodbye to old habits and production practices as well as marking the ushering of a new era of sonic expression for me, with more refined, patiently crafted sound. Massive thanks and respect to [L] at LOUDsilenceDigital for taking a chance at this. Thanks for listening.
